The house is located in the village of Ikalto, Telavi municipality, and is designed as a 2-story living space with a veranda on the 3rd floor (top). The house project and construction are done accordingly. Every bedroom has a toilet/bathroom space with the walls built accordingly. A thin layer of concrete is poured on top of the building. The stairwell space that goes up to the 3rd floor is not covered yet with the roof but it's a small space to be covered.
In the yard, in addition to the house under construction, there is also an old 1-story house that needs a simple "touch-up" to bring it to livable condition. It has got a basement in which there was a cellar and there still are 2-3 "kvevris" preserved.
From the 2nd and 3rd floors of the new house, there are beautiful views of the Caucasus mountain-range to the north and the small lovely mountain to the south. Alaverdi can be seen in the distance from the northern view, and on the southern side there is the Ikalto Academy, which is not visible, but is just a 4-5 minute drive from the house. Water and electricity are supplied to the yard. Electricity is supplied to the old house as well. For other, detailed information, contact me. Lali
