The price is for summer, after the season is over it is going to be 300$. The apartment is located in the very center of the old town (500 meters of walk from the sea shore from both harbour and central boulevard). The apartment is sunny and super cozy (dry as well, which is a huge advantage considering the humidity here during summer). Everything's right around the corner (cafes, bars, shopping centers, markets, clinics) and it's super safe!
